Questions and Answers Why do I need a Wedding RSVP service? Can't I save money by managing my guest list myself? This is one of the few times in life where you will save money by hiring a professional. Please refer to our "saving you money" page to see how our service saves you money because 1) you do not have to print a separate RSVP card 2) you do not have to provide postage for your RSVP card and 3) more accurate responses lead to accurate counts for the caterer! How should I send you my guest list? Please make sure your guest list is in alphabetical order, last name first. Various software programs make this easy. You might benefit from using an Excel spreadsheet to organize your guests. Type your list in columns, last name, first name(s), Phone #, Meal Choice, etc. You can email your guest list to us as an attachment to info@answerbestrsvp.com, you may fax your guest list to 913.764.0267, or you may mail your guest list to us using the address on our contact page. How long before my wedding should I set my RSVP date? Your RSVP date should be about 3 weeks before the wedding date. Click here for tips for RSVP success! How do I put your information on my invitations? You will be provided with an exclusive extension for your event. Once you have signed up for our service, we will provide you with that extension, along with any other information you might need for your printer. How often can I get an updated count on my guests? If you are using either of our Premium Plans, you can request an update at anytime by sending us an email.
